It's very important to have a daily skin care routine. It helps you to keep your skin smooth, young and healthy.
1 STEP:
CLEANSING
Why is that important? Because without cleansing your skin creams will be not working as they have to. You can use gel or cleansing milk . Everything is depends on what type of skin do you have. Gel is suitable for normal , oily or combination skin. Cleansing milk is good for dry and sensitive skin. Cleansers remove the largest imputities, excess oil and make up. Remember ! Always remove your make before you go to sleep .
2 STEP:
TONING
Toners are used after cleansers and before you apply cream on your face. They tone , refresh, calm and preparing your skin to use day or night cream
3 STEP:
DAY & NIGHT CREAM
You can choose according to your skin need.
4 STEP:
EYE CREAM
Skin around eyes is thinner and very delicate. Thera are first signs of age - wrinkles, so that;s very important to use eye cream.
5 STEP:
FACIAL SCRUBS
If you don't include a facial scrub in your weekly skincare regime, then you can forgot about brighten up your complexion. It's a simply method that whisks away dead cells from the surface of your skin.
It also encourages your skin to speed up cell production, which means that the cells that reach the surface are younger and better -looking.
6 STEP:
FACIAL MASKS
you can choose moisturizing masks, clay and mud masks, exfoliating masks, peel-off masks, gel masks. I can give you small advice;
- cleans your face before applying your chosen mask, rinse with warm water and apply moisturizer
- most masks should be left on the skin for between 3 and 10 minutes. For the best results read instruction carefully
- if you have combination skin, use two masks - one suitable for oily skin and one for dry skin. Apply each one to the area that needs it.
EATING FOR BEAUTIFUL SKIN
You are what you eat. A diet for healthy body is the same one as for a healthy, clear complexion.
That is , one that contains lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, is high in fibre, low in fat and low in added sugar and salt. This should provide your body and skin with all the vitamins and minerals they need to function at their very best.
